Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo Welcomes Jodi Farschman
as Director of Development

TOLEDO, Ohio — Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo is pleased to announce that Jodi Farschman will join the organization as Director of Development, effective Aug. 17.


Jodi brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, donor relations, and community engagement to Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a passion for connecting individuals, organizations, and philanthropic partners around missions that create lasting, measurable impact for children, families, and communities.


In her new leadership role, Jodi will provide strategic direction for the organization's comprehensive development program, overseeing annual giving, major gifts, foundation and corporate partnerships, planned giving, capital and special initiatives, stewardship, and fundraising strategy. She will lead the Development team while working closely with President & CEO Jim Ravas, Chair(s) of the Development Committee, Board of Trustees, volunteers, community leaders, and philanthropic partners to expand charitable investment and advance the Club's long-term vision of serving more young people throughout Northwest Ohio.


Jodi is passionate about helping young people throughout Northwest Ohio reach their full potential. During the past six years, she has served as an educator working with at-risk students, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges many young people face and the transformative role organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo play by providing safe places, caring mentors, and life-changing opportunities. Prior to her work in education, Jodi served as Development Director for Bittersweet Farms and held development leadership roles with the University of Toledo Foundation, where she cultivated meaningful relationships with donors, alumni, corporations, foundations, and community partners to advance missions that improve lives. Her unique combination of fundraising expertise, educational experience, and servant leadership reflects her commitment to bringing people together to create greater opportunities for the next generation.


Jodi and her husband, Chad, reside in Toledo and are the proud parents of two adult sons.
